Got Water?

Drink More Water:

Simple, right? So simple, in fact, it's easy to overlook. Drinking enough water each day is the absolute easiest action you can take to improve your health and well-being. Water helps the body maintain energy, flush the body of impurities and maintains weight. Often though, we take water for granted and drinking it just slips our minds. So here are some ways to put down the coffee and start reaching for the agua.

Spice it Up:

“Water’s boring,” people say. Well, that’s kind of like saying breathing air is boring, but we catch your drift. Add some lemons or limes and make your water a little more interesting.

Keep it Around:

Put a glass of water on your desk at work. When you get thirsty you’ll have the option of getting up and walking all the way to the break room for a soda or staying putting and having some H2O right there.

Don’t Fear Tap Water:

Many people will only drink bottled water because they think water from the tap is full of junk, broken glass and evil spirits. This mindset will definitely reduce your consumption, and it’s untrue. Tap water is just as healthy and pure as the bottled stuff. Sorry designer water.

Eat Water Rich Foods:

You can get your daily water by eating foods like watermelon. No, you don’t have to just eat food with the word “water” in the name. Cranberries and tomatoes, for example, do the trick as well.

H2O on the GO: Keep some water in the car, maybe a flat of it in the trunk so you’ll always have something to sip on in gridlock.
