losing baby fat.

I was wondering if anyone has had success in loosing the baby fat after having a child?
My daughter is now 3 and I have tried to get rid of a few inches around my middle and I am not having any success with it. I go to the gym at least 3 days a week. I am trying to eat better.

does anyone have any suggestions? I would really like to get back into the pants I was wearing Pre baby. I just need to go down one size.

not easy

so I totally sympathize with you here. I have two little boys. the youngest will be 2 in january. In the past three months I have lost 15 pounds, but it has taken me almost 2 years to figure out how. Basically what I did was reteach myself how to eat. There was a special on tv by a man named Paul McKenna. He is what did it for me. He teaches you how to eat with out giving up everything you love, and never making you eat all the foods you hate. now the weight doesn't just fall off, I lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week, but it is consistent weight loss. Every diet I have tried I would lose like 5 pounds in the first week and a half then it would stop. I have adapted and now I don't even feel like I am dieting. His system is so easy and it just makes sense. Stop eating when you are full! that is pretty much the basis of the whole thing. I am healthier, happier (because I am losing weight and not withholding the chocolate), and have more energy. This is all happening, and I actually eat about a third of what I used to. I suggest checking him out. He also has great tricks to stop eating things that are hurting you. He actually got a lady who was addicted to chocolate to stop eating chocolate. Now I mean she would eat like 5 pounds of it a day!!!! No he doesn't make you exercise, but does admit that you need. I just added in taking a walk with my sons 3 days a week. And I park in parking spots a little further away. Look him up and let me know what you think!!! Good Luck!!! and remember you will lose the weight!!!

I did look him up at the book store and looks like his book "I can make you Thin" isn't out until December 30th. but I think I will go take a look at it when it comes out.

thanks again for your comments. It is nice to know that I will eventually lose it. I am trying so hard not to eat sweets and I have cut way down on my Soda intake. and am exercising at least 3 days a week. and not snacking as much. so I am hopefully going to see some results soon.

I found a really easy way

Victoria, I have a son who will be 2 in 2 weeks and I gained over 60 pounds during the pregnancy. I went from weighing 140lbs to weighing over 200lbs.
